YOUR BOOKING

All bookings are confirmed in writing by email or post with a confirmation of booking document, it is the hirers responsibility to ensure that the travel details on this confirmation are correct and accurate and notify Airport Plus of any inaccuracy as soon as possible.

The hirer of the vehicle is responsible for the conduct of all passengers and will be responsible for the loss of earnings as a result of injury to the driver. We reserve the right to invoice or make a charge to the hirer for any losses, repairs. In the event of sickness, spillages and soiling in the vehicle, the cost of a valet and time lost will be a minimum of £165.00

It is important that all the passengers are ready at the agreed meeting time to enable the driver can meet his obligation for appointments with other scheduled clients, if passengers delay the driver more than 10 minutes we reserve the right to invoice or charge for waiting time.

All transfers must be paid for on or before the first leg of the journey, this includes any return booking. This can be done by calling the office with a debit card or by BACS transfer at least 48 hours prior to the journey, or you can pay the driver cash (Sterling) on the first leg of the journey, we no longer accept cheques.

Whilst every effort will be made to arrive at the customer's destination or pickup point punctually Airport Plus shall not be liable for late arrival or cancellation due to circumstances beyond its control. This could include but not be limited to traffic congestion, severe weather conditions, vehicle breakdown or driver illness. In the event of unforeseen delays or cancellation Airport Plus will endeavour to contact the hirer by telephone. It shall be the hirer's responsibility to allow adequate time to reach their destination. We strongly recommend that travel insurance be taken out where appropriate to cover all eventualities.

Airport plus cannot be held responsible for inconsistency in travel information supplied from various sources i.e. Airports, Railways etc. the driver will arrive 40 to 45 minutes after published arrival time, for airport pickups.

Meeting your driver at the airport, our driver will wait a maximum of 50 minutes in the arrivals hall for you, thats 90 minutes after your arrival if you are held up for any reason you need to contact us as after this time we will assume that you were unable to make the flight/ship and class the booking as a no show, you will be charged in full plus any extra parking fees uncured by the driver.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

The driver may refuse to transport passengers and luggage if the vehicle becomes overloaded. The booking may be terminated if the hirer or any passengers cause excessive delays, it is the hirers responsibility to book the correct size vehicle for the number of passengers and their requirements all suitcases must be in the boot compartment of the vehicle.

All passengers are required by law to wear seat belts provided in the vehicle, refusal will result in the termination of hire and full payment will be charged.

Airport Plus does not provide nor will assist with the fitting of any child seats, you are welcome to bring your own child seats and Airport Plus will look after them for you and bring them for your return trip.

Food and drink will only be consumed at the driver's discretion.

Smoking is not permitted by law in the vehicle.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION CORONAVIRUS & COVID-19

For the safety of passengers and our staff, without exception: All passengers traveling within the vehicle must wear face coverings at all times.

You must not be exhibiting any COVID-19 Symptoms and have not done so for at least the last 7 days.

You have not tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 14 days.

You Have not come into contact with anyone exhibiting COVID-19 Symptoms within that last 14 days.

Your driver may ask you to take a non-contact temperature assessment before you enter our vehicle.

You must follow all instructions and best practice surrounding cleanliness in our vehicles before and during your trip with Airport Plus. 

Airport Plus will refuse to transport any person exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19 or the CORONAVIRUS.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Cancellation of any reservation must be made by email or telephone giving Airport Plus a minimum of 24 hours notice from date and time of the booking, cancellations with more than 24 hours will not incur any charge. For wedding and executive car bookings the deposits are non-refundable and paid balances are non-refundable within 14 days of the booking date, if you cancel your booking and you have prepaid with a debit or credit card you may incur the transaction charges.

Cancelations made within 24 hours of the booking date and time will incur a cancelation charge of 50% for that leg of the journey.

Cancellations made within 12 hours of the booking date and time will incur a cancellation charge of 100% for that leg of the journey.
